Invest to change the game of Economics

your investment directly fund initiatives of the wehappers program. Startups and NPOs, aiding diverse communities and whose impact is measured in terms of Global Happiness Impact Tokens (HITs) generated

Through your investment you generate and earn HITs. The HITs generated by the initiatives you've invested in are allotted to their contributors Happer Startups, Investors, Contributors, based on their level of contribution and involvement on the initiative.

Let's illustrate

Let's take a fictitious example.

Sam T. dedicates an investment of $30,000 to the Wehappers Program to enhance the overall happiness of disadvantaged populations. This is added to the other investment tickets already mobilized by the Happer Investors, totalling $470,000 and pending release.

Wehappers have a global investment fund of $500,000 to support 3 startups and 5 NPOs over a 4-year plan. Wehappers released the first tranche of $200,000 (40% of the global investment) with a collective generation target milestone of 500,000 HITs within 2 years.

Sam T. , for its 5% participation to the investment fund, receives 5% of the HITs target, totalling 25,000 HXP.

During these 2 years, Sam T. can also participates in the cooperative management of the Wehappers program.

If, by the end of the period, the Happer Scientists measure 800,000 HITs generated by the dedicated Happer Founders' startups and Happer NPO, the Wehappers Program awards Sam T. a bonus of 15,000 HITs.

If by the end of the period the targets are not met (e.g. only 300,000 HITs produced), Sam T. can decide to recover the unreleased part of his investment ticket, amounting to $18,000 (60% of $300,000), or go on with his participation in the cooperative program. In both cases, Sam T. holds the 25,000 HITs he earned through the first milestone. Once the first milestone is reached, a second investment tranche of $200,000 is released with a new target of 1,000,000 HITs, and so forth….

Sam T. can convert his earned HITs through Happer Companies for exclusive services or products. Sam T. can also convert his HITs through Happer NPOs to live a real immersive experience with the populations whose happiness has been raised.

Sam T. can go further and use his HITs to access to the board of Happer Startups or directly to their capital based on the conditions defined by the program.
